Sadler Renovation

Our Design Process

A successful renovation starts with thoughtful planning and clear communication. From the first conversation through the final walkthrough, Sadler Construction guides each project with careful attention to the details, decisions, and craftsmanship that bring the vision together.

Meet, Listen & Establish a Budget Range

We meet with you at your home to understand what you want to change, what’s not working, and what matters most to you. Based on that conversation and the scope we discuss, we will provide a preliminary budget range. This gives you a good idea of what the project may cost before you invest in plans and engineering.

Design, Engineering & Selections

Once the general scope and budget range make sense, we move into design and engineering. We bring in the right professionals to prepare the drawings needed for construction. During this stage, we also help you make all selections for the project cabinets, countertops, flooring, fixtures, lighting, appliances, finishes, and more. The drawings and selections need to be completed before we can accurately price the project.

Price the Project

Once drawings are complete and selections are made, we can accurately price the work. We review everything, get pricing from our subcontractors and suppliers, and put together the total cost. We then review the price and scope with you so you understand exactly what is included.

Contract & Pre-Construction

Once we agree on scope and price, we move to contract. We then begin preparing for construction-permits, ordering materials, scheduling subcontractors, and working through final details-so the project is ready to start.

Construction

We manage the project from start to finish. Our team coordinates the subcontractors, schedules the work, monitors quality, and keeps you informed throughout construction.

Final Walkthrough

When the project is nearing completion, we walk through your home with you and review the work together. If there are any final items that need attention, we will take care of them before wrapping up.

Our 4-Payment Structure

0%

0%

0%

0%
