Sadler Construction Wins 2009 Star Award
Published on May 11th, 2009The Raleigh/Wake County Homebuilders Association Remodeler’s Council presented Sadler Construction with the 2009 Star Award for Best Accessible Remodel over $100,001. The award winning home, located inside the beltline in Raleigh, NC was renovated so as to make the owner’s lifelong home an aging in place home. A new driveway, which lead to a sunroom addition, gave the home a no-step entry. Widing all doorways and openings along with the addition of an elevator gave complete household access. The renovation of the kitchen, master suite, and addition of a master bath, complete with curbless shower, made the essential living areas accessible by the owners regardless of their future mobility.
