It Takes All Types

Iconic? Overwhelmed? Savvy?  What type of Boomer are you?  Allianz Life Insurance Co. conducted a study of over 3,000 adults between ages 44 and 75 and  identified five different personality types of boomers.  The largest personality type was the “Overwhelmers.”  Affected by job loss, credit card debt, lower education and income, this group is quite worried about their financial future.  27% were titled “Resilient.”  These folks are still employed.  They are the planners and are described as grounded.  20% are “Iconic.”  Already retired, living comfortably and optimistic about the future.  The “Savvy” group accounts for 14% of the 3,000 boomers.  They are 60 + years old, semi-retired or retired.  Higher education and diverse in their investment portfolio.  They are comfortable with their financial situation and have planned well for retirement.   The smallest group, 7%, are “Distracted.”  The youngest group (late 40′s to early50′s).  Distracted has the highest income, nicest homes. While their net worth may have dropped, their retirement plan has not.

So, which type are you? We want you to be the prepared type.  We want you to have a home that eases your fears.  A home that is part of your retirement plan.  A LifeStage home or remodel by Sadler Construction  is built to meet your aging-in-place needs.   Can we help you? We take all types.
