BREAKING NEWS: SADLER CLIENT SHOWS LOVE IN THE N&O

Sadler Construction does not usually get Valentine’s Day presents, but we got the best possible one this year. Clients Bev and John Manifold answered an invitation from Leah Friedman of The News and Observer for “readers to send “love stories” about great customer service in honor of Valentine’s Day.” They submitted a letter about Lewis Sadler and Sadler Construction. We were pleasantly surprised to find out what they had done when we read the February 13 N&O article. To be called “incredible and patient” by a customer is quite the honor. Mrs. Manifold wrote she was especially impressed when Lewis told her not to “go overboard and spend too much (money) on the addition. I’ve never had a contractor worry about my wallet.” As a company, nothing is more flattering as unsolicited compliments from customers that understand our mission.
